Master Gunnery Sergeant Osorio was born in Paterson, New Jersey. He enlisted in the United States Marine Corps and arrived to Marine Corps Recruit Depot, Parris Island, South Carolina on 28 December 1998. Upon graduation, Master Gunnery Sergeant Osorio attended Marine Combat Training at Camp Geiger, North Carolina. Upon completion of Marine Combat Training, Master Gunnery Sergeant Osorio attended Aviation Electrician's Mate course in Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida. He then attended Organizational Level AV-8B Harriers Avionics Technician course at Marine Corps Aircraft Station Cherry Point, North Carolina where he earned the MOS of 6332 AV-8B Harriers Avionics Systems Electrician Technician and was promoted to the rank of Lance Corporal.
In March 2000, Master Gunnery Sergeant Osorio was assigned to AV-8B Marine Attack Squadron 513, Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona where he served as an Avionics Electrician Technician. During this period, he was promoted to the rank of Corporal.
In February 2002 Master Gunnery Sergeant Osorio was assigned to Marine Security Guard Battalion Quantico, Virginia. After 6 weeks of training he was assigned to US Embassy Caracas, Venezuela and earned the rank of Sergeant. In September 2003, he was assigned to US Embassy Prague, Czech Republic served as Marine Security Guard watch stander. While on Marine Security Guard Duty he was selected and promoted to the rank of Staff Sergeant.
In May 2005, After a successful tour on Marine Security Guard Duty, Master Gunnery Sergeant Osorio was assigned to Marine Attack Squadron 513, Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona, serving as the Avionics Shop SNCOIC and a Maintenance Controller. Throughout his tour at the squadron, he deployed to Iraq in February 2006 and in April 2007 with the 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
In January 2008, Master Gunnery Sergeant Osorio was assigned to Marine Attack Squadron 214, Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona, where he served as a Maintenance Controller and deployed with 13th Marine Expeditionary Unit in support of Anti-Piracy operations.
In June 2009, Master Gunnery Sergeant Osorio was assigned to Marine Attack Squadron 311 Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, Arizona to serve as the Avionics SNCOIC and in September of 2009, he was promoted to Gunnery Sergeant. On his tour as an Avionics SNCOIC, he deployed with 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit as part of the Unit Deployment Program. In October 2011 he was assigned to Maintenance Control where he deployed with the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit and in November 2012 he was appointed to the billet of Maintenance Control Chief. In April 2013, he deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Camp Bastion, Afghanistan and in May 2015 to the 31st Marine Expeditionary Unit.
In February 2016, after being promoted to the rank of Master Sergeant, he received orders and reported to Marine Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Squadron 3 Marine Aircraft Group 24, Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay to serve as Maintenance Chief in July 2016.
In March 2018, Master Gunnery Sergeant Osorio reported to Marine Aviation Logistics Squadron 24 as the Assistant Avionics Chief. In June 2021 he was promoted to the rank of Master Gunnery Sergeant and received orders to report to MCAS Iwakuni Japan, MALS-12 as the Avionics Chief effective as of August 2021.
Master Gunnery Sergeant Osorio's personal awards include the Navy/Marine Corps Commendation Medal with gold star in lieu of third award, Navy/Marine Corps Achievement Medal with gold star in lieu of second award.
Master Sergeant Osorio is married to Karen Osorio.
