U.S. Marines with Marine Wing Support Squadron (MWSS) 174, conducts an activation ceremony at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Nov. 8, 2021. Marine Wing Support Detachment (MWSD) 24, re-designated on October 15, 2021. For historical purposes, the re-designation of MWSD-24 will reactivate MWSS-174, which will restore the complete lineage and honors of the previous MWSS-174.
