Marines run toward a CH-46E Sea Knight helicopter July 30 at Landing Zone Falcon in the Central Training Area during insertion-and-extraction training. The Marines inserted into the landing zone to achieve the time-sensitive task of gathering intelligence before an emergency evacuation. The Marines are with 3rd Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, currently assigned to 4th Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, under the unit deployment program.
